Bfa Photo Senior Show is up!

The Bfa Photo Senior Show is up for this week only in the Gatov Gallery. Please stop by to check out the work of our graduating photography students. There will also be a public crit of the show, by photography faculty, on Wednesday December 1st, from 11-12 in the Gatov Gallery. All are encouraged to attend.

Holiday Art Sale

The Annual Holiday Art Sale will be taking place beginning this Saturday December 4th from 12-230(private sales event), Sunday December 5th 4-7p.m.(public sales begin) and then through the following week M-F 10-5p.m. (Wednesday has longer hours of 10-7p.m.) The photography department would like your representation in the sale with work made within your photography classes or work made on your own. We understand this is late notice but if you have any prints you would like to sell, please attend the wrapping tomorrow (Tuesday November 30th) at 5p.m. in the Printmaking department. At this wrapping, you will prepare your prints for sale with cardboard backing, a plastic sleeve, and pricing stickers. You MUST attend the wrapping in order to sell your work.

PLEASE bring a print or two to contribute to the sale and to help the photography department have a presence in the annual event. Not only will you be promoting our department and photography's place in the visual arts, but you may make a little extra cash for the holidays.
